The Global Warming Cafe is a powerful, new social change technology that enables us to experience the power of community. Rather than passively listening to experts, the Global Warming Cafe is an opportunity to:

* draw on your experience,
* actively reflect with others in your community, and
* find ways with others to take practical steps forward

We are having our "Green Sanctuary Sunday" and have Emily Boedecker, the Outreach Director from the Vermont Nature Conservancy is speaking to us on "the Why's of Land Conservation". As you probably know, Vermont is a leader in environmental education and Emily is part of this exciting work. The service will end at 11:30, but Emily will be available for Q&A during coffee hour which immediately follows the service.
