The issues UUs have chosen to lobby for this year are “Global Warming” and “Hunger & Poverty”. Between 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m we will hear from Rev. Bill Sinkford, Dr. Charlie Clements and Rev. Kim Crawford Harvie on these topics. If you rarely talk face-to-face with your legislators this is an excellent opportunity! It's a great time to get training on how to communicate effectively with legislators for church members too! At one o’clock we will visit our state Senators and Representatives.
