On Tuesday, neighbors from across Massachusetts gathered at the State House to call for rent stabilization and housing stability. Renters, homeowners, students, and seniors came together to share their stories and demand action to keep our communities affordable. The rally showed the growing momentum behind rent stabilization and the power of people organizing across the state.
This movement is building because of all of you. In 2025, hundreds of volunteers collected 124,000 signatures to move rent stabilization toward the 2026 ballot and we’re continuing to grow that support every day.
Share Your Story
Why are we collecting stories? Because stories show the real impact of rising rents and displacement, center renters and families in the public debate, and strengthen our push for rent stabilization. Your story helps us build momentum, engage more people, and show legislators what’s at stake for their constituents.
We need to hear from as many people as possible. Add your voice and share with others affected by rising rents. You can share your story by submitting a response, video, or photos.
