The Network is led by a Board of Directors comprised of Ministers and Lay Leaders from the Ballou Channing, Clara Barton, and Mass Bay districts and an Executive Director.

Who are we?
We are a statewide network and lay members representing Massachusetts Unitarian Universalist churches and fellowships. Our mission is to mobilize our voices in support of Unitarian Universalist just, equitable and compassionate Commonwealth.
UU Mass Action seeks to build a statewide education and advocacy network that:
- Is anchored in our UU faith
- Inspires and mobilizes coordinated social action through a network of mutual support
- Shares information and policy expertise, particularly among member UUs
- Trains new leads, with special attention on to involving youth & young adults
- Raises the visibility of Unitarian Universalism and its values to policy makers and the larger community
- Is celebratory, sustainable, and fun!
Issues
The Board of Directors selects issues based on surveys from Massachusetts UUs, interviews with UU clergy and UU affiliates, and UUA and UUSC priorities.
