In recent years, UU Mass Action expanded and deepened our campaigns to mobilize UUs for racial justice:
Families can now talk to loved ones who are incarcerated without choosing between paying for calls and putting food on the table thanks to all our work with the No Cost Calls coalition. Phone calls are up 45%!
Anyone regardless of immigration status can access drivers licenses, allowing for more safe and easeful movement
We have been part of passing historic climate bills every session for the last several years, that furthers environmental justice.
Work is underway to change our racist state flag and seal, thanks to decades of Indigenous Justice organizing.
We have launched three monthly campaign teams, monthly Justice Church, monthly Action Hours, and more!
We grounded our work in our UU values, pursuing racial justice and the 8th principle, and nourishing and tending to each other’s spirits.
We will continue to support our frontline Black, Indigenous, People of Color partner organizations across issues such as economic and housing justice, climate and environmental justice, Indigenous justice, Immigration justice, and decarceration.
We have an ambitious goal of fundraising $150k from individual donors like you this year.
This is the amount we need to sustain our work in this coming year to organize for justice, supporting your congregations in living out your UU values, and to show up for our frontline BIPOC partner organizations.

As we grow our membership program, members will be invited to share feedback and insights with UU Mass Action to help us shape our work.
